I had the privilege of going fly fishing with Bonner and it was a great experience! He is kind and very helpful. He provides coaching and direction in small doses so you make marginal improvements instead of getting overwhelmed. He is a great guy and was enjoyable to spend time with. Bones is an exceptional guide and person!! I took my first San Marcos River fly fishing trip with him recently and it was amazing. He is a great teacher for a beginner and provided many opportunities to catch fish. He is also fun to be around and I will definitely be booking with Bonner again, in the near future!! He was also nice enough to share wade in spots for me, since I do not own a raft.

Booked a trip for my 14 year old son and I with Bonner on the Llano. It was one of the best fishing experiences of my life. We probably boated over 100 fish and my son, who had never caught a fish on fly before, probably boated at least 20 fish. Bonner was extremely patient with my son and that really distinguished him from other guides I’ve been with. A+++++
